The Anniversary Party is today only and it's in full swing! We're celebrating 5 years on the island - can you believe it's been that long? We've already seen lots of penguins helping themselves to cake and donning party hats. Take a look:

Club Penguin 5th Anniversary Party Cheats
Today, it is official Club Penguin’s 5th Anniversary! Before anything, I just wanna congratulate Club Penguin on 5 very successful years. Every since the first day Club Penguin was launched, it has grown to be one of the best MMORPG games in the world. Now, here are the complete cheats to the Club Penguin 5th Anniversary Party.
Here’s how to get the new Club Penguin 5th Party Hat:
1.Login Club Penguin
2.Go to the Coffee Shop
3.Click on the box of Anniverary Party Hats
The new Club Penguin Party Hat is red, yellow, orange and green! That is the only free item you can get at this party, but don’t forget to check out the Book Room for the brand new Club Penguin Yearbook 2009 – 2010!
You can get the complete pin cheats to the Club Penguin Yearbook by clicking here. If you go up to the Book Room, the snowballs you throw automatically become colourful! Check it out:
Last but not least, you can see some Penguin Art in the top-right corner of the Book Room! Did you submission get put up on the wall?

As you may know, Club Penguin's 5th Anniversary Party is fast approaching. Everyone is invited to the special one-day-only event on October 24. Join in and celebrate 5 years on the island!
Last week we wanted to know what the first party you remember in Club Penguin was and Mehnaz101 said:
The first Club Penguin party I remember is............The 3rd Anniversary Party!!!!!!!! It was so much fun!!!! we all wore the crazy hats and I remember trying to find the pin especially made fot the party! It was a blue and orange cake with a big orange 3 at the top!!!!

igloo contest update

Hello Penguins!
Last week a special Halloween-themed Penguin Style catalog came out at the Gift Shop. We wanted to know what your favorite scary style was and Evie Mary said:
My favourite costume is all the scary costumes mixed together. I might wear the ghost costme with bumble bee antennas and frankenstein feet with the fairy wings. It might not be really scary but it is fun to waddle around with all my buddies trick or treating and looking all muddled up!!! Waddle On CP!!!!!

Lots of you have told us that you're excited for the igloo contest! It starts October 15, and we're already seeing spooky igloos all over the island. This week, we'd like to hear how you're decorating your igloo for Halloween. Leave your design tips in the comments!
